League Rules
All captains and players are responsible for knowing these rules.
Game Rules
- 1.Games consist of two 20-minute halves with a running clock; the clock stops on whistles in the final 2 minutes of each half.
- 2.Each team receives two 60-second timeouts per game.
- 3.Standard NBA/FIBA hybrid rules apply — 3-point line, shot clock of 24 seconds where available.
- 4.Overtime is 3 minutes; second overtime is sudden death (first score wins).
- 5.Teams must wear matching colors; the league can provide pinnies if needed.
Player Eligibility
- 1.All players must be 18 years of age or older.
- 2.Players must be listed on the official team roster before participating.
- 3.Rosters lock after Week 4 of the regular season.
- 4.A player may only appear on one team roster per season.
- 5.All players must sign the league waiver before their first game.
Sportsmanship Policy
- 1.Respect officials, opponents, scorekeepers, and facility staff at all times.
- 2.Two technical fouls in one game results in ejection from that game.
- 3.Three technical fouls over the season results in a one-game suspension.
- 4.Captains are responsible for the conduct of their players and spectators.
No-Fighting Policy
- 1.Zero tolerance. Throwing a punch results in immediate ejection and removal from the league for the remainder of the season — no refund.
- 2.Escalating a confrontation (shoving, squaring up) results in a minimum two-game suspension.
- 3.Teams involved in a bench-clearing altercation may be removed from the league.
Forfeit Policy
- 1.Teams must have at least 4 eligible players ready at game time.
- 2.A 10-minute grace period applies; after that, the game is recorded as a 20-0 forfeit loss.
- 3.Teams that forfeit twice in a season may be removed from the league without refund.
- 4.Notify the league office at least 24 hours in advance if your team cannot make a game.
